I went crazy with the Mantling, as suggested by a dear friend. ^)^
Also, it bothered me that all sea-creatures had those weird finned-claws, so I adapted them to a more realistic sea-horse [unicorn].
Oh, please give feedback about the new Crest!

The crest is great. It shows up better than the demi-unicorn. I like the way you've colored the mantling as if "counterchanged". This makes logical sense, as on the left you would be seeing the inner surface hanging from the helm, and on the right you would see the outer surface. I like to do it that way as well.
